RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your board return it for a full refund within 30 days.

30-DAY GUARANTEE - ALL PRODUCTS

All Balance Board USA products are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund.  A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the same credit card that was used for the original order. If your order was paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We do not offer cash refunds. All shipping charges, both outbound and return, will be at the buyer’s expense. After 30 days, items may not be returned for a refund or exchange.

*Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned for refund to our online store

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Standard Return Shipping

Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. If you use a carrier of your choice we recommend that returns be shipped by an insured and traceable method.

When returning item(s), please include a copy of the packing slip with the return authorization number (RA#) and reason for return. Your RA# is the same as your Purchase Order number/ Packing List number.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

Please allow a minimum of 15 days for Balance Board USA to receive and process your return. Upon receipt and passed inspection of product, a refund will be issued back to the payment method used for the original purchase (credit card or PayPal). You can expect a refund within 30 days of receipt. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs.

If you have a damaged or defective item, please refer to our 1-year limited warranty

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If the product is damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, please contact Customer Service immediately. To return a product damaged in transit, either refuse the package(s) or contact us at contact@balanceboardusa.com for a return shipping label.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY - ALL PRODUCTS

Balance Board USA warrants to the original purchaser of any product that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 365 days from the date of purchase. Please  save your proof of purchase, as it will be required part of the warranty process.

 This warranty does not cover damages resulting from

●        accident

●        misuse

●        abuse

●        anticipated wear

●        lost merchandise

●        damage from the elements

Do not leave products outside, as prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty. This warranty is valid in the USA only. Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage.
